Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn !


Reborn!, known in Japan as Katekyō Hitman Reborn! (家庭教師ヒットマンREBORN! Katekyō Hittoman Ribōn!?, "Katekyō" being a portmanteau of Katei Kyōshi and translated as Home Tutor), is an ongoing Japanese manga written and illustrated by Akira Amano. The plot revolves around the life of a young boy named Tsunayoshi Sawada, who finds out that he is the next in line to become the boss of the most powerful Mafia organization, the Vongola Famiglia. The individual manga chapters are serialized in Japan in Weekly Shōnen Jump. The individual chapters are collected and published in tankōbon volumes by Shueisha, with twenty-four volumes released as of April 3, 2009. Viz Media licensed the series for an English language release in North America, shortening the series name to Reborn!. An anime adaptation of the series premiered in Japan on October 7, 2006 and it is still ongoing. It is developed by Artland and is airing on the television network TV Tokyo. Various video games based on the series have been developed, with several of them being for the Nintendo DS. Additionally, Hideaki Koyasu has authored two Reborn! light novels.

Reborn! has become one of the best-selling Weekly Shōnen Jump manga with several of its volumes becoming top-sellers in Japan.Reviewers from the series praised its use of comedy as well as the designs used for the infants characters. They also mentioned that though it has become more violent since volume 8, it has turned into a better shōnen series, praising the storylines and the fights.

Dragon Ball Kai is an upcoming anime series that is set to be an HD Remaster and Recut of Dragon Ball Z done for the 20th Anniversary of Dragon Ball Z that premiered on Fuji TV on April 5th at 9:00am just before
One Piece, and the two shows are being marketed together as 'Dream 9', which refers to the hour in which they both air. Little is known about the series, however two Issues of Shounen JUMP have included some primary information about it.

Classic martial-arts shonen series Dragonball Z will be receiving an extensively remastered HD re-broadcast this April. The rebroadcast will include newly recorded dialog by the original seiyuu, new sound effects, new OP/ED sequences, and a brand new HD video transfer. (Sankaku Complex)

Toei Animation has confirmed that Dragon Ball Kai will be edited to more closely follow Akira Toriyama's original manga. The Dragon Ball Z anime series originally ran from April 1989 to January 1996 in Japan. However, since Toriyama was still serializing his manga at the same time in shorter weekly installments, the Dragon Ball Z anime expanded its story by inserting
additional content. The new Dragon Ball Kai remastering will be an "Akira Toriyama original cut edition" that will quicken the story presentation and adhere more with the manga's story. Toei has said that they are planning on cutting the series down to around 100 episodes.


Plot Summary: Goku is back, now married and has a son, Gohan, but just when things were calm and settled a new threat comes which creates adventures and uncover the truth about Goku's origins as a Saiyan, a near to extinct race. Facing enemies far more powerful then before Goku needs to train harder and reach limits he never even dreamed of since what is at stake is the World itself. This re-telling of the Z story is a more loyal adaptation of the manga and also done for its 20th Anniversary.
